Yes, before treatment day. You can pay the difference to upgrade, or convert your full payment into credit toward a smaller package.
Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and choose between a refund (minus 3% processing fee) or full credit toward rebooking. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
